Rob Knecht

Rob currently resides in Escondido with their spouse, child, and two dogs. In addition to family, Rob’s focus is on education. Rob is working on a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. They hold Master of Arts in International Relations and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Rob is a Leadership Coach & Restorative Justice Leader/Facilitator. Their education has been achieved in conjunction with a career in the U.S. Marine Corps, where they continue to serve as a Reserve Officer. Rob actively volunteers with local organizations that are doing the work to help our political environment become more inclusive and adaptive. Through CLA, Rob supports conscious leadership and increases capacity towards a better tomorrow, for all of us.
