VinSché is known for being a relator and connector when engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her expertise as a consultant, coach, and facilitator stems from her educational background and training. She received her BS in  Psychology and BA in Sociology from Purdue University, followed by her MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and her MBA from Roosevelt University Chicago.  VinSché is a Leadership Studies doctoral student at the University of San Diego. Her research interests are in Organizational Consulting & Executive Leadership Coaching. She has aided organizations in enhancing their organizational culture through strategic planning, implementation of organizational advisory tools, and facilitation of leadership and professional development. VinSché joins the Conscious Leadership Academy to support organizations in developing leaders that understand their position in becoming change agents for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
